These Terms govern use of the SPUD CAPIZ website and Messenger-based customer experience. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and for legitimate customer-service or ordering purposes.

Messenger assistance

Automated responses may provide menu, availability, location, ordering, and customer-service information. Automated information may be updated or corrected by SPUD CAPIZ staff.

Orders, pricing, and availability

A Messenger conversation or automated response does not by itself guarantee product availability or completion of a sale. Current availability, pricing, payment details, fulfillment method, and final order acceptance may require confirmation by SPUD CAPIZ or the SPUDOS point-of-sale system.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, automated-spam, or otherwise harmful content, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Third-party platforms

Messenger is operated by Meta. Your use of Facebook and Messenger remains subject to Meta's own terms, policies, and platform rules.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue automated functions when necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, or compliance.
