Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with the SPUD CAPIZ Facebook Page or Messenger experience and want to request deletion of eligible personal data associated with that interaction, you may submit a request using the process below.

How to request deletion

  1. Open your Messenger conversation with the official SPUD CAPIZ Facebook Page.
  2. Send a message containing the words DATA DELETION REQUEST.
  3. State that you want your eligible Messenger-related data deleted.
  4. SPUD CAPIZ staff may ask for limited information necessary to verify the request and locate the relevant records.

What happens next

We will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information that we are not required to retain for legitimate business, security, legal, accounting, or transaction-record purposes.

Important limitations

Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain legitimate transaction records, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or protect the security of our services. Meta may separately retain information according to its own policies and systems.

Alternative request

If you cannot access the original Messenger conversation, contact SPUD CAPIZ through its official Facebook Page and clearly state that your message is a personal-data deletion request.
